Characteristic XX has no master data for XX

Hi Experts,

I am facing

Characteristic XZY has no master data for XZY    (XYZ = fiscal     Year/period)              

Though

The master data is existing.

I checked the query in RSRT and found it is showing master data and able to select.

While running query if i enter the value manually then one query its executing and raising warning, Similarly in other query if i enter data manually then no warning is appearing but it is also not showing master data when i go for selection through master.

Note: The in my system BW Package Level is 23 (SAPKW70023)
