BW checks / Data distribution in APO system

Hi,

Good day.

As part of Early watch check in our APO system, one item is to analyze the distribution of data in BW. This includes master data tables : for example, ZMAMATNR .... table name /BIC/XZMAMATNR.

Can you please guide me how the analysis could be done?

as per the work notes from Basis team, anaylze the master data table if possible for archiving?

Any thoughts please?
