The BWA indexes might have corrupted and needs to be reorged. The reorg job has to be executed so that these indexes can be evenly distributed to all the BWA blades.
I would recommend to take help from the Basis and TREX admin team who owns the administration and support for these blades on which BWA indexes are stored.
