You can change the buffer size in tcode RZ10.

 

Select the server start up profile (normally called <SID>_DVEBMGS<instance number>), select the 'extended maintenance' option and click on Change.

 

Then look for the parameter inside of it and change the value. It is not a dynamic parameter, so you will to restart your system to get it active.
