Data Extracted to PSA with restriction

Hi All,

I've extracted master data texts of Info Object 0ACCNT_ASGN_TEXT from Source ECC to BW as a full upload using DTP direct access option (bcoz it has small amount of data), total 69 Records has extracted while this extraction with all languages like EN,TH,DE,ZH,FR,IT,JA...etc., Then I tried same extraction using PSA by removing direct access through DTP, but I've got only 6 records with the language EN,DE.

My Question is how the restriction is applying at PSA. How the system extracts only 6 records, it has to extract 69 records right ?
