I am on BW 7.3 and this is what I see even after inputting the RSADMIN Entry.According to documentation I should see 4 and 5 types as well. Any ideas anyone?

Kenneth, My understanding is you will not see 5BLOB/Cluster Enhanced in RSADMIN, You can choose the 5BLOB/Cluster Enhanced which is "Query Aggregate" in RSRT Cache Mode. Hope this helps...
