You can load duplicate records into WO DSO and while loading data from WO DSO to S DSO, thru routine you can make a correction.

If your not using semantic keys concept then you can Do Not Check Uniqueness of Data un-check this option. it will allow duplicate records. if you feel any duplicate records in WO DSO, then while loading data from WO DSO to Further, you can filter them.
