Hi User,
Your job was still running, lets wait to finish. it may turns red or green.
After starting of your job, wait 5 to 10minites and see, if you won't see increasing of record count from left side(0 from 0 records on your screen) , as my guess you may get error.
Check these things.
From Above screen, Header tab, Copy the Request ID.
Go to ECC side, Tx - SM37, enter job name : BI<Request id>, User id: *.
Status choose finished,active and cancel.Enter, on next screen you see one job which is yours.
select that job and click on job log details.
From there you can observe how many records are moved or if any errors also you will see.
As my guess your source may not responding to bw req. check at Tx - SM58 in ecc system.
You may see lot of queues which are in red. if you see like that inform to basis team , they can handle it.
After that on bw side refresh your info pack monitor screen. go to details tab and see the changes.
