Create characteristic which includes other characteristics

Hi,

I`ve uploaded to an infosource rows likes this (from excel):

namecomp1   ratiocomp1   namecomp2   ratiocomp2  namecomp3  ratiocomp3

where field beginning with the word "name" are characteristics in the infosource and beginning with "ratio" are ratios.

For these characteristics the range of possible content is the same, for example:

namecomp1   ratiocomp1   namecomp2   ratiocomp2  namecomp3  ratiocomp3

==========================================================

word1           3                   word3           11

word4           4

word3           21                 word2            54             word1             13

Thats means that the range is

word1

word2

word3

word4

My question is whether it is possible to create a characteristic which includes the three other characteristics:

namecomp1, namecomp2 and namecomp3
